How to Reset Password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily to regain access to your account.


Steps: 

  1. Visit the Chief Enterprises Login Page - can access this page by clicking the "Account" link in the top right corner, near the shopping cart icon.
  2. Click on "Forgot Your Password?" under the login fields.
  3. Enter your registered email address and click "Reset Password".
  4. Check your email for a password reset link. Remember to check the spam folder. 
    • Subject: Action Required: Reset Your Password for Chief Enterprises Website
    • From: [email protected]
  5. Click the link provided in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Account is Showing as Inactive?

Your account is most likely inactive due to inactivity. Please contact us at [email protected] or chat with us online to reactivate your account.

Not Seeing Negotiated Price?
